Email and Mailing Lists

Office365

We use the services of Office365 for our regular business email communications. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss, and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Office365 has no access to our mailbox, and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.

Payment Processors

Mollie

For handling a (part of) the payments in our webshop, we use the platform of Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address, and residence details, and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve their services and, in this context, share (anonymized) data with third parties. All the above-mentioned safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data are also applicable to the parts of Mollie’s services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not store your data for longer than permitted by legal terms.

Shipping and Logistics

ParcelPro

When you place an order with us, it is our job to deliver your package to you. We use the services of ParcelPro for executing the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address, and residence details with ParcelPro. ParcelPro uses this data only for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the case that ParcelPro engages subcontractors, ParcelPro will also make your data available to these parties.

Invoicing and Accounting

Jortt

For our administration and accounting, we use the services of Jortt. We share your name, address, and residence details and details regarding your order. This data is used for administering sales invoices. Your personal data is sent and stored protected. Jortt is obligated to confidentiality and will treat your data confidentially. We retain your data as long as you are our client. This means that we maintain your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services.
